The Newbegun Land Homeowners Association plays a vital role in the
community by coordinating and disseminating information to property
owners and keeping them informed about news in our community. The $30
annual membership fee for joining the Association goes towards
maintaining our community boat ramp and our improvement/building fund
for the future, when we assume control of Newbegun Land's common
areas. Please make sure you become an active member. If you'd like

Dues Assessment document (.pdf) provides you the opportunity
of paying dues at any time and also helps your association reduce
postage costs.
